Even though I don’t feel like I’m “dieting” with Weight Wätchers, sometimes I wish I could häve certäin things….like än ice creäm sändwich. Well, now I cän! This ice creäm sändwich is only 2 Freestyle points.


You’ll Need:


  • 20 grähäm cräckers
  • 1 32oz tub low-fät yogurt
  • 1 16 oz tub low-fät whipped topping thäwed

Instructions:



  • Line ä 9x13 pän with pärchment päper (or you cän use ä 9x9 squäre)
  • Pläce 10 grähäm cräckers (full rectängles) in the bottom of the pän
  • In ä lärge bowl, combine whipped topping &ämp; yogurt until smooth
  • Pour over grähäm cräckers &ämp; smooth out
  • Pläce remäining grähäm cräcker rectängles on top
  • Freeze ät leäst 6 hours
  • Thäw on counter äpprox 15 mins before cutting


Notes:


**cut ät the perforätions on the grähäm cräckers to mäke the smäll rectängle shäped bärs in order to mäke these 2 points. This should mäke äpprox 21 bärs. If you don't mind 4 points - enjoy them äs ä squäre.
